➳My Review On: Attack On Titan➳
*Read With Caution! This Review Contains Spoilers!*
This review has been requested a while back and I have decided to continue with reviewing because the last time I reviewed something was like two months ago. Any ways this series takes place in a different time setting and it first starts with 100 years prior to the beginning of the story. The story tells about these giants known as "Titans" who force humanity to live within these walls. There are three different walls to live in which are walls Maria, Rose, and Sina. These walls let humanity live within them for a hundred years of peace. Until a 60 meter titan forces humanity to evacuate between the walls. There is little known knowledge about these giants such as they range from 3-15 meters tall and devour humans on sight. Even without eating humans they receive energy from direct sunlight. They also have some regenerative abilities, hard skin, and can only be killed by a deep incision at the base of the neck. With the knowledge of knowing where to kill it, this leads to the development of the vertical maneuver gear which allows them to do with the proper training.
Characters:
Eren Yeager- Is the main protagonist through out the series and is seen as aggressive and hot headed. In the beginning of the anime his mother is killed by a titan when there was a break in the walls. He intends to kill all the titans but wants to travel outside the walls. Even though he doesn't have many talents he improves through out the series such as the ablity to shift into a 15 meter class titan.
Mikasa Ackerman- Is the adopted child of the Yeager family and is a quiet and withdrawn girl but maintains a near constant stoic expression, except when Eren is in danger. She is very protective over Eren ever since her parents were killed by slavers, she went into shock until Eren saves her and motivates her to fight and live. Eren is also the reason she choose to become a soldier.
Armin Arlert- Is the childhood friend of Mikasa and Eren. He possesses a sharp mind and a neutral intuition for strategy which has been proven useful in many situations. Armin believes to be completely incompetent, cowardly, and hates having to rely on his friends all the time. Over time he progresses in the show by gaining confidence, respect, and also gaining even more intelligence.
Overall Ranking:
Before I dive into my review, on a side note I decided to not include all the characters and their descriptions because there are soo many but I decided to include the original three. Any who, the series was absolutely captivating because it is hard to find an action packed anime that is addicting to watch. Also the show's art style they used was a good choice because it reflected the story and the imagery that projected how it would look like visually. The shows plotline was worth watching because at the end of each episode it leaves questions of what might go on in the next and it is a good quality to have in a considered good anime. The characters interactions in the show is also worth watching because of learning their story as it develops throughout the show. Before I watched the anime I was a little on the defense side of not watching it but scrolling through my social media it was an obvious decision to decide on watching it. After watching the show it certainly gives a clear message that humanity is worth it. I have also previewed the show in the English dub but I personally prefer the Japanese dub because I usually prefer the Japanese dub when it is a recent release of an anime. Lastly, I think this show deserves a solid 5 out of 5 stars for it's story, characters, and development. I definitely encourage others to watch this series whether your into anime or just getting into it or into apocalyptic, action packed anime, then I suggest to watch this show. As for the next few blog posts I plan to add in new reviews of shows I have finished watching along with some cosplay related things. I'm also curious to know what you think of this show? Cosplay Tip #6 What To Pack For A Con
Cosplayer:
I have traveled a lot and I thought I should share with you on what to pack for a convention. A few things to start out on packing is planning. If you write down a list of everything you need the packing will be much easier and you won't forget most of the things you need. Once you have written down all the things you need to pack, you should start packing. A few things you should pack are all your cosplays, make-up, and wigs but you should also pack regular clothing. Make-sure you don't forget anything off your list and once you have finished packing double check on everything you have. When it comes to double checking I always forget something. If you need help on what to pack just remember what you need the most for the days you'll be staying. If you have a different bag for the convention and are using it for carrying around at the con here are something's you should include. You should include your money, snacks, water, make-up for touchups, and your camera(s) for your convention bag. After you get all your stuff packed you should be ready for the convention. ♦♣My Review On: Puella Magi Madoka Magica♣♦

Since It's back to school time I've decided to finally review this anime which has been on my list to review for about a while. Any who, this series takes place in the city of Mitakihara, where two school girls named Madoka Kaname and Sayaka Miki are approached by an adorable familiar named Kyubey,who offers to grant each of them one wish in exchanged to become magical girls. Later, a mysterious girl named Homura Akemi has already made this deal, and tries to prevent Madoka from accepting it. Kyubey encourages Madoka by telling her she will become the most powerful magical girl. Each time seeing all her friends suffer from having to use their supernatural powers to fight these "witches",creatures responsible for murders and suicides, she hesitates. But when the times comes to fight the most powerful witch called "Walpurgisnacht" Kyoko,another magical girl who is introduced following Mami's death, questions Homura of how she knows when and where this witch will strike. In response, Homura tells Madoka that she has been repeating the same timeline for a long time in order to save her from becoming a witch after the fight between "Walpurgisnacht". In the End Homura attempts to destroy it but becomes to weak to finish it and so Madoka makes a contract with Kyubey upon her wish: she contracts to prevent them from becoming witches when they are at their limits. And so the laws of the universe are rewritten such that at the moment that a soul gem becomes black with anguish, Madoka appears and purifies it before the magical girl passes on. As a result of this wish,she becomes the god of the magical girls that is the savior that exists all the time,leaving Homura with the memory of her human existence.
Terms used frequently in this series:
Magical Girl:
A magical girl is usually in her teenage years that makes a contract with an incubator. The contract is that the incubator will grant her one wish in exchange to become a magical girl that will use her powers to fight the witches. Most wishes will effect what the magical girl will be for example if it is a healing wish she will be able to heal twice as more than a normal human if harmed.
Soul Gem:
A soul gem is an egg-shaped gem that holds the magical girl's power. This gem is created after the contract is made with the incubator. It's size and brightness is related to how much power the magical girl has. The gem is used for hunting and fighting witches such as knowing if a witch is nearby and transforming for battles. When it isn't in gem form it is usually worn on the magical girl's finger. A soul gem is named as is because it is the container of the soul so that the body will survive from battle wounds. If the gem is destroyed the owner will die and if the body is away from the gem the body will have no pulse and be lifeless. When the magical girl uses her powers, her gem becomes darker and if it is constantly as is the girl will be weak. After the girl is weak the gem will become a grief seed (later to become a witch) but to prevent it the soul gem will have to be purified.
Grief Seed:
Grief seeds are black egg-shaped thorns created at birth of a witch. If planted, they form the barriers that hides the witch from humans. When a witch is defeated, the grief seed is left behind and is used to cleanse soul gems. Kyubey is also able to consume grief seeds this way.
Witches:
Witches are non-human and are supposedly created from curses. They are hidden in private worlds and are not normally invisible. If left alone, they affect humans by giving them marks called a "Witch's Kisses",which cause accidents,diseases,or suicides. Witches are sometimes looking the same through out the series which are referred to familiars or are known as magical girls who forget to purify their soul gems. Each witches barriers contains a labyrinth,that shows their subconscious.

Characters:
Madoka Kaname:
Madoka is a 14 year old girl that thinks of her self as a person that has no talents or special qualities until her life changes when she encounters upon Kyubey. After seeing Mami fight the witches she becomes more interested to become a magical girl but after witnessing Mami's death she becomes more hesitant to become one. Prior to this timeline she is shown to be a magical girl that has average powers and ends up either killed or by being transformed into a witch. Back to the present timeline she is later shown to be the most powerful magical girl and becomes the god of the magical girls by leaving Homura with the memory of her existence.
Homura Akemi:
Homura was originally shy before she had a cold personality and was always the transfer student in previous timelines. Before she transferred she spent her time in the hospital due to her heart disease. When Madoka was killed in her battle between the powerful witch Homura makes a contract with Kyubey in order to become a person to protect her. She becomes a magical girl that can manipulate time from the time she met Madoka to change fate. Homura cares about her and never gives up trying to save her. Her weapon is a shield filled with sand that can allow her to freeze time. This is useless when she is restrained but she also use it to protect her from projectiles and to help her carry all her weapons. Since Homura has no magic that has offensive capability, she attacks with homemade,stolen firearms and explosives when time is frozen. None of the girls know what weapons she has, since she usually uses them while time has stopped. Another thing about her shield is once the sand on it is almost out she has the reset the timeline. As for the final timeline, Homura inherits Madoka's rose bow and arrows along with a set of white wings.
Sayaka Miki:
Madoka's best friend and classmate who is a tomboy. She makes a contract with Kyubey to heal the hand of a violinist who she is in love with. Sayaka's power is to produce multiple swords and can regenerate because of her wish. She eventually changes her thoughts on the world and becomes a witch. Madoka and Kyko try to help her but they know there is nothing to do.
Mami Tomoe:
Mami is a veteran magical girl and is a third-year student at Madoka's school. She lives alone in a penthouse after the death of her parents in a car accident and is the only one who survived it by contracting Kyubey. Her powers are revolved around her yellow ribbons which become riffles and have some healing powers. Deep inside she has no friends to talk to or have anyone to fight against witches with. Mami dies a witch killed her in previous timelines she knew the truth behind witches and the soul gem. She use to kill others around her including herself in the last timeline she is alive and fights alongside Kyko and Homura.
Kyko Sakura:
Kyko is a veteran magical girl who comes to the city following Mami's death. She was from a poor church family and wished if people could listen to her fathers preaching. Eventually her father learns of this wish and becomes insane and kills the family except her. She learns that she will use her powers for herself and not using it for others because it will cause despair. She is always seen with food and hates others for wasting it which she uses this logic when hunting full grown witches. She is an older magical girl than the others and can wield a spear that can extend or multiple sections and can change it's form to hit others at the same time. She can create barriers to let others out from interfering. She tries to save Sayaka but she ends up sacrificing herself so that Sayaka isn't lonely to die. In the previous time line she used to be partners with Mami and possessed illusion magic by making copies of herself which she also got from her wish. She no longer possesses it after her families death and decides to use her powers for herself ending her partnership with Mami. In the last timeline she is alive and fights with the others.
Overall Ranking:
I give this anime a 5 out of 5 stars because the plot was some what easy to follow because of the different timelines. The detail on the art is different but beautiful and the characters are very interesting to watch. The series is very fast because it has only 12 episodes and the series has dark fantasy, tragedy, and drama which I love. I recommend it to anyone who would like to watch a magical girl series that is dark.

☆Cosplayer's Spotlight☆
Cosplayers:
In these types of posts I would like to acknowledge some cosplayers for each month. I would like to share a little bit on why I have chosen them for this months Cosplayer's Spotlight. I have chosen Aicosu because they are very artistic and talented, which is something a great cosplayer has. Aicosu consist of Shelia and Sylar.
Cosplayer:
Shelia is a the one who creates the cosplays and props for both her and Sylar. She also does all the make-up, styling, photo editing, and answers cosplay advice on tumblr. She has graduated from college and is devoted to prop making.
Cosplayer:
Sylar is the mastermind of all their ideas and is charming. He is currently majoring in voice acting and is very funny at times. Cosplay Tip #5 Summer Conventions
Cosplayer:
It's summer time for most of you and the convention season is starting for me. As the weather is heating up I want to share my tips on summer conventions. Summer conventions are great because you can stay at the con with no worry of school or work. The first thing you should think before you go to the con is "How to keep cool at the convention?'. Depending on the convention your going to you have to think is most of the convention going to be inside or outside? Whether it's outside or inside type convention, you should always bring water not only for hydration but for keeping your self fresh in the heat. If the majority of the convention is held inside, keeping yourself cool will be easy. If most of the convention is held outside, then another thing you should do for keeping yourself cool is to try and stay under a shaded area or stay inside under an air vent. If it's a month before your convention try making a summer type cosplay, if you don't know what I mean it's just a version of a character with an outfit that is similar to summer wear. Cosplay Tip #4 Why You Should Cosplay?

There are many reasons to cosplay but I believe in the three most obvious ones. The first reason to why you should cosplay is that your social life changes such as having new friends to be cosplaying with or having a boyfriend or girlfriend that shares your favorite interest. I would like to add on for social life that you could always develop a cosplay group which I have.

The second reason is developing confidence which is a major when you are shy but you get over it by acting like the character. When you have friends that cosplay you will soon overcome confidence. Even when it comes to photos it is also a major.

Cosplay Tip # 3 Age Limits To Cosplay?

I was on Youtube just watching a video and a comment was added asking if there are any age limits to cosplaying. The answer to that is a simple "No" there are none. It doesn't matter whether about age,ethnic background,weight or anything it just matters that you want to be that character you really want to portray. Heck I saw an amazing Ciel cosplayer in a wheelchair at the J-Pop Summit last year. Most of the time it is funny to see how in the community there are little rules which cosplay doesn't have any rules at all! Cosplaying is being whoever you want to be whenever you want so don't let others discourage you I know how it feels because I had some friends that just laugh at how I keep cosplaying but it doesn't let me down because they don't know the half of what I endure to get just one cosplay done. Most of the time I leave people to be amazed at how skilled I am,how I come home from a convention and go to school the next day which I got used to after my second non-anime convention. If your discouraged just remember that feeling of being that one character you love to cosplay or have and remind yourself that your able to do this for the passion of cosplaying. Keep in mind that there are others that cosplay for the competition of it so don't hang around those people. I sure have some work ahead of me on making my next cosplays and typing this. I really hope this helped even though it's rant after rant but I promise to make it clearer now and then.

♛My Review On: Axis Powers Hetalia♛
*Please read with caution! This review contains spoilers!*
In honor of July I decided to take advantage on making this months review on Axis Powers Hetalia. Soon I will review APH: World Series. Lets get on with the review, Hetalia is about country's being depicted as humans. In the series the main characters in APH are the Axis Powers making Hungary an additional appearances and The Allied Forces which also includes Canada from World War II makes another additional appearance.
Characters:
Axis Powers:
Italy is the primary protagonist and title character.He is sweet,energetic,and a young man. Italy is also the weakest character and always relies on Germany to help even though Italy is the grandson to the great and powerful Roman Empire or 'Grandpa Rome'. This Italy represents the North and shows his love for art,pasta,and pizza references to Italian culture. He has a brother that represents the southern half of Italy nicknamed Romano. Italy's childhood was spent with Austria,Hungary,and Holy Rome,which ruled at the time. His brother spent his childhood with their big brother Spain and is shown in the World Series. Italy's human name is Feliciano Vargas or Veneziano.
Germany is a hard working and a serious character but is also the primus inter pares among the Axis Powers. He takes responsibility for the training of Italy and Japan. His extreme devotion to his military lifestyle would make him the leader if not for constantly baby-sitting Italy. As the series goes on he and Italy form a close relationship. Germany did have an older brother that represents the East of Germany named Prussia and Germany representing the West. But his older brother is now a micro nation and his human name is Gilbert Beilschmidt and Germany's human name is Ludwig but there was no official last name for him and people assume that his last name is the same as his brothers.
Japan is a polite and hard working character but has problems with people being in his personal space even when people touch him or get to close to him. He is not use to the Western World and always has culture shock. He looks young but is claimed to be very old. He tries to adopt the cultures of other countries but ends up secretly shocked or awkwardly confused in the end. Japan is generally quiet and attitude of businesslike old man. Japan's human name is Kiku Honda
Allied Forces:
America is a well-meaning,headstrong 'hero type' of character. He is also the self-proclaimed leader of the Allied Forces, his catchphrase is "I'm the hero!",America's ideas on international situations are often absurd,and is usually oblivious to opinions. America has a friend named Tony,a grey alien who lives in his house. His ideas on inventions are grand but rarely go anywhere,he's mostly seen clutching a hamburger or eating while speaking which is most of the time. Despite this he also wields supernatural strength since he was very young. America was raised by England until he won his freedom. However, He is mostly portrayed as a rude,good-hearted,cheerful person that is always willing to help his friends and try to do the right thing. America's human name is Alfred F. Jones.
England is also known as the United Kingdom,UK, or Britain and is portrayed as an irritable young man,with bushy eyebrows. He was a former pirate,sharp-tongued gentleman,terrible at cooking anything,inability to hold his liquor,foul mouth, and ability to preform black magic. When he drinks to much he will see magical creatures that only he could see but others can't. France is England's long rival and has mixed feelings towards America. He has brothers such as Scotland,Northern Ireland,and Wales. England's other relation is Sealand,a micro nation whom England finds him to be an annoying brother due to his continued attempts to get other countries to recognize him as an independent country. England's human name is Arthur Kirkland.
France is a romantic,carefree character but in the series he is shown to have a long rivalry towards England . He frequently makes romantic and sexual passes at many characters, including England,and strips naked with his roses being the censor. France regards himself as the eldest brother among European nations and is referred to as such by some of them,though he calls Spain his elder brother in turn. However, he gets very upset when another nation refers to him as an 'old man' as he claims he's still young. France's human name is Francis Bonnefoy.
Russia is a large nation who appears to be sweet,but has the innocence and cruelty of a child deep down. He adores Vodka and sunflowers. He has a kind faces, but has mentally cracked from strain of his bloody history. Despite his brutalities towards others, he truly means well and wants to live with everyone in a warm place surrounded by sunflowers. The other nations are terrified of him, especially the Baltic Trio (Latvia,Lithuania,and Estonia). For unknown reasons Poland is not afraid of him. Russia has two sisters Belarus and Ukraine. Belarus is his youngest sister and terrifies him with the obsession over the idea of forcing to marrying him. Belarus's human name is Natalia Arvlovskaya. Ukraine is his oldest sister who is kind but is easily upset. Her human name is Katyusha Bragiskaya. Russia becomes gloomy and depressed when either of them is on his mind because his older sister left him to try to make friends in the European Union. He happily promises that "all will become one with Russia.". Another favorite phrase is "kolkolkolkolkol", used when he is angered. His human name is Ivan Braginski.
China is one of the oldest nations, depicted as nigh-immortal and over four thousand years old (which makes him the eldest brother among the East Asian nations). He is disturbed and distrustful of Russia, reflecting the Sino-Soviet Split that actually occurred after the war. China's favorite food is variety,often depicted with pandas,big fan of Hello Kitty, and tends to end his sentences with the suffix -aru , a Japanese stereotype of how Chinese people speak. However, he replaces it with suffix -ahen which means opium, when speaking to England, as a reference to the Opium Wars. After China's defeat in the Opium Wars, he became the cook of England and France. During the fight between Axis and Allies, China fights Germany and Japan with a wok (round cooking pan) and ladle, which became his weapon of choice that also serves the stereotype that China serves good food. China's boss is a green dragon with an intimidating appearance, but in reality he is quite relaxed and moderate as well as shown to be bullied by China in a comedic way. China's human name is Yao Wang (Wang Yao).
Overall Ranking:
The anime episodes are at least 5 or so minutes long which is great when you are busy. Even though it is stereotypical and comedic anime, I absolutely loved watching every single minute of this anime. I would rank this 5 stars for best voice actor choices, characters/countries and for the biggest fan base that I've seen by far. In fact, if you are familiar with Hetalia then you will love that October 20,2012 will be the official Hetalia Day. I will be sure to link you their official page for more. So if your a big fan come and join. Sadly I wont be attending this year because I'm in my brother's wedding so next year I will be sure to make it. I would also like to add on that the voice actor for Italy will be attending Sac-Anime (Winter) 2013 and I will for sure be filming his panel for you guys. Characters:
Axis Powers:
Italy is the primary protagonist and title character.He is sweet,energetic,and a young man. Italy is also the weakest character and always relies on Germany to help even though Italy is the grandson to the great and powerful Roman Empire or 'Grandpa Rome'. This Italy represents the North and shows his love for art,pasta,and pizza references to Italian culture. He has a brother that represents the southern half of Italy nicknamed Romano. Italy's childhood was spent with Austria,Hungary,and Holy Rome,which ruled at the time. His brother spent his childhood with their big brother Spain and is shown in the World Series. Italy's human name is Feliciano Vargas or Veneziano.
Germany is a hard working and a serious character but is also the primus inter pares among the Axis Powers. He takes responsibility for the training of Italy and Japan. His extreme devotion to his military lifestyle would make him the leader if not for constantly baby-sitting Italy. As the series goes on he and Italy form a close relationship. Germany did have an older brother that represents the East of Germany named Prussia and Germany representing the West. But his older brother is now a micro nation and his human name is Gilbert Beilschmidt and Germany's human name is Ludwig but there was no official last name for him and people assume that his last name is the same as his brothers.
Japan is a polite and hard working character but has problems with people being in his personal space even when people touch him or get to close to him. He is not use to the Western World and always has culture shock. He looks young but is claimed to be very old. He tries to adopt the cultures of other countries but ends up secretly shocked or awkwardly confused in the end. Japan is generally quiet and attitude of businesslike old man. Japan's human name is Kiku Honda
Allied Forces:
America is a well-meaning,headstrong 'hero type' of character. He is also the self-proclaimed leader of the Allied Forces, his catchphrase is "I'm the hero!",America's ideas on international situations are often absurd,and is usually oblivious to opinions. America has a friend named Tony,a grey alien who lives in his house. His ideas on inventions are grand but rarely go anywhere,he's mostly seen clutching a hamburger or eating while speaking which is most of the time. Despite this he also wields supernatural strength since he was very young. America was raised by England until he won his freedom. However, He is mostly portrayed as a rude,good-hearted,cheerful person that is always willing to help his friends and try to do the right thing. America's human name is Alfred F. Jones.
England is also known as the United Kingdom,UK, or Britain and is portrayed as an irritable young man,with bushy eyebrows. He was a former pirate,sharp-tongued gentleman,terrible at cooking anything,inability to hold his liquor,foul mouth, and ability to preform black magic. When he drinks to much he will see magical creatures that only he could see but others can't. France is England's long rival and has mixed feelings towards America. He has brothers such as Scotland,Northern Ireland,and Wales. England's other relation is Sealand,a micro nation whom England finds him to be an annoying brother due to his continued attempts to get other countries to recognize him as an independent country. England's human name is Arthur Kirkland.
France is a romantic,carefree character but in the series he is shown to have a long rivalry towards England . He frequently makes romantic and sexual passes at many characters, including England,and strips naked with his roses being the censor. France regards himself as the eldest brother among European nations and is referred to as such by some of them,though he calls Spain his elder brother in turn. However, he gets very upset when another nation refers to him as an 'old man' as he claims he's still young. France's human name is Francis Bonnefoy.
Russia is a large nation who appears to be sweet,but has the innocence and cruelty of a child deep down. He adores Vodka and sunflowers. He has a kind faces, but has mentally cracked from strain of his bloody history. Despite his brutalities towards others, he truly means well and wants to live with everyone in a warm place surrounded by sunflowers. The other nations are terrified of him, especially the Baltic Trio (Latvia,Lithuania,and Estonia). For unknown reasons Poland is not afraid of him. Russia has two sisters Belarus and Ukraine. Belarus is his youngest sister and terrifies him with the obsession over the idea of forcing to marrying him. Belarus's human name is Natalia Arvlovskaya. Ukraine is his oldest sister who is kind but is easily upset. Her human name is Katyusha Bragiskaya. Russia becomes gloomy and depressed when either of them is on his mind because his older sister left him to try to make friends in the European Union. He happily promises that "all will become one with Russia.". Another favorite phrase is "kolkolkolkolkol", used when he is angered. His human name is Ivan Braginski.
China is one of the oldest nations, depicted as nigh-immortal and over four thousand years old (which makes him the eldest brother among the East Asian nations). He is disturbed and distrustful of Russia, reflecting the Sino-Soviet Split that actually occurred after the war. China's favorite food is variety,often depicted with pandas,big fan of Hello Kitty, and tends to end his sentences with the suffix -aru , a Japanese stereotype of how Chinese people speak. However, he replaces it with suffix -ahen which means opium, when speaking to England, as a reference to the Opium Wars. After China's defeat in the Opium Wars, he became the cook of England and France. During the fight between Axis and Allies, China fights Germany and Japan with a wok (round cooking pan) and ladle, which became his weapon of choice that also serves the stereotype that China serves good food. China's boss is a green dragon with an intimidating appearance, but in reality he is quite relaxed and moderate as well as shown to be bullied by China in a comedic way. China's human name is Yao Wang (Wang Yao).
Overall Ranking:
The anime episodes are at least 5 or so minutes long which is great when you are busy. Even though it is stereotypical and comedic anime, I absolutely loved watching every single minute of this anime. I would rank this 5 stars for best voice actor choices, characters/countries and for the biggest fan base that I've seen by far. In fact, if you are familiar with Hetalia then you will love that October 20,2012 will be the official Hetalia Day. I will be sure to link you their official page for more. So if your a big fan come and join. Sadly I wont be attending this year because I'm in my brother's wedding so next year I will be sure to make it. I would also like to add on that the voice actor for Italy will be attending Sac-Anime (Winter) 2013 and I will for sure be filming his panel for you guys. Anyways I loved this anime and I highly recommend this to anyone who loves history. Please look forward to my future review of APH: World Series.

Cosplay Tip #2 Wigs

This months Cosplay tip is on wigs which is a major topic to blog about. For people who aren't much of a stylist when it comes to wigs, buying them styled in a certain way may be hard to find but finding a nice one is also hard. I personally buy wigs that are judged on the quality,price and maybe cheap/free shipping. Most of the time I have to style them to make sure the bangs are the right way, cutting extra hairs,and maybe straightening/curling. If your wig is not styled ask if a friend can style if it is to difficult to manage. After getting your wig and it is what you wanted then the next things to worry about are keeping wigs in a good condition. Taking care of the wigs include storing them on wig heads if they are short and have nothing like spikes and such then you can store them in the bag it came from. Long wigs are the worst to manage always brush them with combs but also be gentle when it comes to tangles. Long wigs should be brushed around 2 times a month because that is how I manage my Luka wig. On with curly wigs they are the worst to manage if there like a Sailor Moon style I suggest using hair clips and placing them on both of the sides or you can have someone or yourself thin out the curls. Curly wigs should also be placed on wig heads because if you leave them in the bag they will come out really tangled and be sure to place them on a high place away from things that will cause it to get tangled or get caught in. ♕Update and Events!♕
Hey everyone! I'm very sorry for being M.I.A on here it's that I am really busy with school,cosplay, and at home. I will promise to post my Black Butler Review sometime today or this week. I have been getting prepared for some events that I really want to announce. So here I go with the first event which is in April I will be attending on the 22nd, I will be going to the Cherry Blossom Festival in San Francisco. I will be there with a friend of mine and I will also be debuting my 'Secret Cosplay' that I have been working on for about 2 months. Another thing that I will be doing there is participating in the parade and the 'Cosplay Contest'. It is my first Cosplay Contest that I will be doing and I hope that everyone wishes me luck. The second event I will be attending for sure is obviously Sac-Anime 2012 (Summer) and I will also be taking part in the 'Cosplay Contest' on Saturday. I will only be attending September 1-2 (Sat. and Sun.). On Saturday I will be wearing my 'Secret Cosplay' the whole entire day and on Sunday I will be debuting my Italy Cosplay which the series is called Hetalia and by July I will post a review on it to get a feel of what this series is about. I might get to go to other events but they are still pending because money and transportation is limited to me until I get my license. Since money is hard to get I'm hoping to make an Etsy account so I could sell things to get money for conventions, cosplay, and other stuff I need. It would be nice to make it so I could stop being lazy and the things I would sell would be anime, cosplay, and Lolita related. If I do I will post most of the finished product pictures on here so I could let people see what they are getting. I will keep everyone up to dated soon! ♞ ♦◊My Review On: Black Butler I◊♦ ♘
Read With Caution! This Review Contains Spoilers!
This review is going to be way different than the others I have done. I will first review Black Butler Season 1 and then post Season 2 in another review. First off in Season 1 of Black Butler or Kuroshitsuji is taking place in the Victorian Era,London in the country side there is Ciel Phantomhive and his butler,Sebastian Michaelis going off to solve cases under Queen Victoria.
Characters:
Lord Earl Ciel Phantomhive is an orphaned 12 year old boy that is the head of the noble family. He is also head of a toy and candy company that has been growing as an empire. Ciel serves under the Queen as her "watch dog" which he solves cases under her orders. Ciel's parents were murdered when he was little afterwards he made a pact with a demon (Later to be known as a pact with his butler.) asking for vengeance against those who disgraced him the Phantomhive name in exchange for his soul. Just to make things clear, prior to him meeting Sebastian and after his parents death Ciel use to be a slave and a sacrifice in a cult ritual. At one point Ciel was being tortured, his hatred for his torturers summoned Sebastian. Ciel commanded for the demon to kill all the people in the room. Durring Ciel's time as a slave he had a mark burned on him in the left side near his chest. In the manga it is found on his back on the left. Another mark he has is his right eye which is the contract between him and Sebastian. The mark is hidden with a black eye patch,bears a pentacle, the sign of Faustian. His parent's names are Lord Vincent Phantomhive and Lady Rachel Phantomhive. He also has a fiancee,Elizabeth, is his close cousin, and their marriage was arranged.
Sebastian Michaelis is Ciel's demon butler but is also a bodyguard to him. He usually says in the anime "I am simply one hell of a butler" and is very devoted to being a butler. Sebastian does sometimes insults and irritates Ciel but he does show a side that he cares for him. Sebastian also likes cats and most of the time he forgets about his surroundings when it comes to Ciel and a cat. Of course he is multi talented in everything. In the manga Ciel had a dog named Sebastian and had named his butler with that name even though Sebastian is a cat person.His true demon self is not shown in the anime or the manga but it only shows little parts.
The other servants that work under Ciel is Bardroy, the house hold cook that can't make anything edible and use to be an American soldier. Finnian or Finny is a gardener that loves nature and use to be an experiment for supper human strength which he still has. Mey-Rin is the clumsy maid that use to be a sniper or assassin. Each of them were founded by Sebastian and that is how they got to be working under Ciel. Tanaka use to serve under the former Phantomhive head and is very strong enough to kill even though he is not young.
Friends or relating to Ciel include Madame Red, who is Ciel's aunt and died shortly in season 1. She was very loving to Ciel and saw him as her own son even though she couldn't have kids herself due to an accident that happened long ago. She was also known for being responsible to The Jack The Ripper cases. A friend of Ciel is Lau, who is a Chinese noble and President of a British Branch of a Chinese Trading Company. He is a friend to Ciel and is a type of person that jumps into a conversation and give information even though he has no idea. Ran-Mao is Lau's personal assassin and very loyal to him. She rarely speaks and is referred to his sister.Prince Soma is a spoiled Indian prince that is seventeen and can be very childish. He and Agni are shown in the middle of the anime. Agni is Prince Soma's very loyal servant and is at almost the same level as Sebastian when it comes to fencing and cooking. At last Elizabeth Middleford is the fiancee of Ciel and is usually called "Lizzie" for short. She loves cute things,dancing, and obviously Ciel because she has known him her entire life.
*The term 'Reapers' means almost the same thing as to Death Note's 'God Of Death' thing. They actually are in charge of deciding whether a soul is to live on or die.
The reapers in the series is Grell Sutcliff who is a transwoman who was Madame Red's butler. Grell does have a crush on Sebastian even though he thinks it is annoying. Originally Grell is appeared as the antagonist but is also crazy and smart. The Undertaker was a former Grim Reaper and is a funeral director. He also works as an informant for the Phantomhive Family,loves the joy of frightening,loves jokes, and does strange questionable things. William T. Spears is another reaper that has Sebastian as his rival because he has hatred towards demons. He does worry about how Grell takes most of his time but also kind of likes Gell. The last reaper shown in the series is Ronald Knox is a subordinate under Grell. He is a laid back,easy going guy, and has problems with timing but gets the job done quickly.
The other characters in the series include The Viscount Druitt who is a noble and is another important character in the series especially season II. Paula is another character who is Elizabeth's maid and has a close relationship with Elizabeth. Fred Aberline is the officer of The Scotland Yard and believes in the justice system. Another character that is important in the end of the first season is Angela and Ashe. Lastly,Sir Randall is the leader of The Scotland Yard and hates Ciel when he intervenes with his cases but his social rank is below Ciel's.
Overall Ranking:
I thought it was a great season to watch and the art of the series was amazing,vivid and best Opening and Ending songs. The voice actors for both the English and Japanese were good choices and the plot of this season was good to follow. I would rank this anime 5 stars because it is a very detailed anime from it's art to it's story. I would suggest this series for anyone who loves action, betrayal, mysteries, and a Victorian Style Story.

Anime stuff at Hottopic!?!

So I was at the counter buying my awesome Sailor Moon tee and this lady was a big otaku and I told her that it was very hard to find all this stuff because here in the U.S we are very limited to anime stuff, it is very rare to find anime things in CA. So I left and the next month I saw that they released the SM Cosplay and was sold out after I told the news on my Youtube account. Later I saw that released more stuff such as Vocaloid stuff because of the power of the internet. Right now I will be adding more things on my wish list for my Birthday,which is around the corner, and Christmas. BTW I am assuming that in your local Hottopic store you should be getting more of a selection on anime merchandise and I will sure be saving when I go to the mall :D

Cosplay Tip #1 "Popular" or Difficult cosplay
When doing a difficult cosplay or a "Popular" cosplay and you want this to be done before an
important event like a convention. First if you know how to sew and work on a project which can take you a month or less than no problem. For people who are just getting into cosplay and want to buy or make a cosplay but it will take you a lot of time, then I suggest you should plan ahead before the event. First if you want to make the cosplay out of scratch (I mean by using a pattern) good but I decide not to. For example if you are doing a Princess Tutu cosplay you could get most of your stuff at a local ballet shops or studios, add on the details, the wigs etc. I use a plain shirt or dress and add on straps, sequence, glitter basically details. I do that and I buy the accessories that I can't find and buy them on eBay like the Princess Tutu necklace and wigs or make the props like crowns, walking sticks, and weapons and of course styling the wigs. If you just got into cosplay and have a low budget this is good for you. If you have enough to buy all of it go ahead I will not stop you but I think making things is better because you save a lot and also the internet has grown and I bet you can find many tutorials on all sorts of cosplay stuff. I hope this helped you and I will make more cosplay tips in the near future.
